What is Think|Stack 360?

Think|Stack 360 is a comprehensive IT managed services and cybersecurity package designed specifically for small and mid-sized credit unions and non-profits. The service package includes ”everything IT” that your credit union or non-profit needs so that you can focus on providing great customer service instead of having to worry about the latest infrastructure changes or cyber security threats.

DEVICE AS A SERVICE—HARDWARE STANDARDIZATION

Business class desktops and laptops as-a-service provides you up-to-date Windows OS. By running on the latest hardware and software, your credit union or non-profit will run more efficiently.

SOFTWARE STANDARDIZATION—MICROSOFT 365 BUSINESS PREMIUM

Think|Stack 360 includes Microsoft 365 Business Premium so the credit union or non-profit is always using the latest Microsoft Office products, Windows operating system, and security. Microsoft 365 is an integrated suite of apps and services, designed to help you do what you do best, serve your members!

STANDARDIZATION OF NETWORK HARDWARE—DEVICE AS A SERVICE

Your organization will run more efficiently when you are leveraging modern firewalls, switches, and access points. Think|Stack will replace your existing firewalls, switches, and access points as part of onboarding. They'll be managed and maintained by our team from then forward, including quarterly firewall audits, and firewalls/switch firmware updates as needed.

Cyber Security To Meet Your Needs

SECURITY APPLIANCE

Think|Stack 360 includes “best of breed” security services for credit unions and non-profits. These services include security appliance (firewall with unified threat management) with advanced networking, protection, and user and app controls you need to keep your network secure and compliant.

VULNERABILITY SCANS AND ASSESSMENTS

Think|Stack 360 performs quarterly scanning both externally and internally to ensure the environment is vulnerability free and provides assessment reports

MANAGED PATCHING AND SOFTWARE UPDATE

Think|Stack 360 defines software update and patching policies such as patching scheduling, computer role group, or user groups. On an ongoing basis, Think|Stack 360 evaluates patches and updates and patch computers and update software including remote or off-network devices.

SOCIAL ENGINEERING AND STAFF TRAINING

Twice per year, Think|Stack 360 simulates phishing attacks on your credit union or non-profit and reports comprehensive testing results. Think|Stack 360 provides ongoing access to over 30 security awareness training modules covering both security and compliance to ensure your staff stays knowledgeable about cyber security threats.

ENDPOINT SECURITY—ANTI-VIRUS, ANTI-MALWARE, ANTI-RANSOMWARE

Endpoint security provides protection that prevents exploits, analyzes behavior, and blocks malicious traffic. Integrated security provides faster response to advanced threats. Web security automatically blocks access to malicious and infected websites, and blocks exploit code in files. The web filtering works across devices to enforce company policies.

Think|Stack 360 provides your credit union or non-profit with current/standard networking equipment including managed switches and managed WiFi. WiFi configurations segment staff and guest networks. Think|Stack 360 includes a managed uninterruptable power supply (UPS) to power critical network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.

Think|Stack 360 provides unlimited information technology email and phone support for credit union and non-profit staff between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Think|Stack 360 conducts an annual review to include topics such as strategic IT goals, technology road map, and IT budget planning that align with the credit union and non-profit operational initiatives. Think|Stack 360 includes credit union regulatory exam preparation sessions.
